I am Blessed Hope Galan, a rockstar virtual assistant from the Philippines, a Bachelor's in Secondary Education (Mathematics) graduate, a licensed teacher and a loving mom of a 9 year old boy. I worked as a sales and customer service representative for more than two years in one of the BPO companies here in the Philippines and become a Team Leader handling order entry and customer service for an E-commerce account for another year. I also tried some online businesses and started as a virtual assistant in 2021. I was in real estate (cold calling and lead generation) and used tools like Podio, Xencall, Calltools, Trello, FreedomLogic, and REI.com. I also worked as an accountant, managing emails, reconciling accounts, updating spreadsheets, and many more. I also knew how to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams), GDrive, and all common email and communication tools. With all those experiences, I was able to improve and harness my skills. I am also excellent in communication and English Proficiency both oral and written; can multi-task, can work independently with minimum supervision, and have great attention to detail.

- Checking and matching the status reports
