My name is Bernadette, a Licensed Professional teacher and Masters Degree holder, and although I love being a professor and teacher, I think my true calling is serving as a virtual assistant to support entrepreneurs in growing their businesses . I am a highly motivated individual seeking full-time work in virtual assistance where my knowledge and skills may contribute to the overall efficiency and increased production of the business. I have expertise as a social media manager and medical virtual assistant, incredibly well-organized, capable of learning new technologies, and with strong problem-solving abilities, powerful both on their own and in a group setting.

-Facilitates learning in the school through functional lesson plans, daily log activities and appropriate, adequate and updated instructional materials (print or non-print)
-Monitors, assesses and evaluates pupils progress
Develop curriculum and lesson plans using various software tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva and Google apps.
Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning such as Zoom, Power point, Google Meet, etc.
As a social media manager for a public school Facebook page, my main task is to effectively engage with the audience and promote school initiatives and services, to post different activities daily. Here are some tasks that I would undertake in this role such content creation, and community engagement. Create engaging and informative posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
-Creating contents for postings.
-Graphic Designing and Innovation.
-Provide strategies to have more interested prospects.
-Respond to queries and engagement
-Coordinated with the owner/seller of a property regarding with the price and conditions of their properties.
-Calling leads/prospects if they want to buy a property.
*Provide assistance to providers such as doctors, nurses, clients and customers via telephone regarding claims and payment issues related to their provider's file, as well as claim status and accuracy.
