I am a previous Teacher/Tutor and currently a Technical Support Engineer. I have strong skills in Communication, Research, Support, as well as Multitasking, Organization and Time Management. I am a hard worker and always strive to produce high-quality work. I am also a team player and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve common goals, but I am also able to work alone.

• Provide phone and online support to NetSuite Customers.
• Conduct troubleshooting of NetSuite proprietary APIs. This involves debugging actual codes created by Customers and help determine whether it is a product defect or not.
• Gather details regarding Customer processes to be able to determine how we can best Support and give direction.
Instruct students in reading, writing, and conversing with focus on cultivating conversational and job-related communication skills in English language.
• Teach different subjects under Information Technology and Computer Science courses.
• Guide students in applying their skills like programming, database management, and graphic design in various system and project implementations.
Analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interaction and planning digital campaigns to build community.
Search the Internet for information on a wide variety of topics.
