Concierge Associate
• Greets visitors and offers first-rate customer service to all hotel visitors and guests.
• Provides prompt, branded assistance to visitors and property owners, as well as any necessary follow-up.
• Has thorough knowledge of every crucial facet of resort or hotel operations.
• Develops in-depth knowledge of nearby eateries, stores, attractions, modes of transportation, and airports.
• Respond to customer enquiries and arrange airline tickets, city tours, island hopping trips, deliver packages, and provide transportation services including drop-off and pick-up (sea and land).
• Keeps an inventory and stock of the materials (supplies, brochures, etc.) for concierge desks.
• Offers assistance for guests arriving with packages before to their arrival.
• Collaborates with all resort staff members and available resources.
• Keep an eye on the lobby and make eye contact with visitors.
