-Supervise market operations to ensure all vendors and staff follow cleanliness, safety, and customer service standards.
-Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste for both wet and dry goods.
-Coordinate with vendors to ensure they have the necessary support and that all products are fresh, well-stocked, and displayed properly.
