Responsible for contacting potential customers and scheduling
appointments for the account manager for a follow-up visit.
What we do is a B2B phone call, Email & LinkedIn message that sets up qualified appointments on behalf of our executives. We schedule demos with qualified prospects who meet our SLA, & take detailed notes. Tracking & maintaining follow-ups for each demo/meeting scheduled.
We call those customers and then ask them some qualifying questions based on their proven script to generate leads. And if they are qualified, we will have to transfer them to a licensed Medicare specialist who can assist them, if we transfer them successfully that will be considered as a sale.
