o Investigate payment issues
o Respond to accounts payable and accounts receivable inquiries
o Create journal entries in the accounting system
o Manage bank transactions
o Perform matching and clearing of general ledger accounts
o Prepare bank reconciliation report
o Prepare month-end financial reports
Lead Role:
o Auditing processor’s payment forecast and proposal
o Submit analysis of payment proposal for approval
o Submit supplier and customer data application for registration
o Submit journal entries for approval
Treasury Assistant Role:
o Prepare fund transfer and foreign exchange in bank portals
o Prepare interest notice for Intercompany Loan quarterly
