I am Angelika Fulugan, an aspiring Virtual Assistant who is extremely motivated to continuously develop my skills and grow professionally within your company. I am confident in my ability to fulfill the task on time, and execute good output.
I worked in the BPO industry for more than 4 years, which trained me to have a better mindset on all things. BPO became my training ground when it comes to providing Customer Service Representatives and doing multi-tasks daily. I am a competent individual who excels in time management and is constantly eager to learn new abilities.

• Confidently answer contacts, through multiple channels (i.e. Phone, Email, Chat), from customers our company’s products and services.
• Adhere to guidelines for account confidentiality and maintain the privacy and security of all PayPal customers.
• Take a dynamic approach with customers, investigate inquiries, use appropriate tools and technology to reach a complete and accurate resolution preventing customer recontacts.
• Proactively use customer information to educate, negotiate, and reposition available options.
• Recommend alternatives to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and to deepen the customers’ understanding of our Venmo Protections Policies.
• Analyze and manage Call Volume in Real Time to ensure Service Levels are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Analyze call volume patterns in Real Time to optimize work shifts, breaks and lunches
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Managers to identify and track planned and unplanned absences, as well as attendance and behavioral issues
• Identify call volume trends and averages on a monthly and quarterly/seasonal basis
• Create daily/weekly/monthly reports and undertake intraday reporting & other MI operations
Consult with Amazon sellers to evaluate needs and determine best option, we educate sellers on Amazon customer refunds, returns, and exchange policies. We are also helping seller’s to troubleshoot and resolved technical issues on Amazon detail pages.
Basic video editing: splicing intros and outros and inputting graphics and music.
Write, edit, update and share posts on social networks (a content creation strategy).
Doing administrative tasks that can reduce the amount of time the owner has to focus on other essential activities.
Will likely be tasked with the product listing, supplier, and competitor research.
