I’ve worked as a customer support for a total of 3 years. Two years as a technical support representative for a Telco account. On my first year of working experience as a technical support representative for a Telco account, my communication skills have developed and eventually helped me to be more confident in conversing to other people, whether it is through phone, email, or chat and the skills that I have acquired has helped me a lot in achieving to where I am right now. In 2021, I was hired by a client to work for them remotely as customer support for their Australian Style coffee company in the US. I am hard working, always work on time, and always willing to learn. I work honestly, sincerely, and always dedicate myself to the work and do my best to give my 100% to accomplish every task to the satisfaction of my clients.
