13 years total of BPO experience with 7 years of team management expertise. Had inbound, outbound, email, sales, financial, customer service, and technical backgrounds.

I thrive to learn new skills in order to provide greater value to my future client's business success. I was a customer service support for different clients for many years and I am looking for long-term business partners that I can work with in achieving success with their business.
