Additionally, I monitor the quality and compliance of all engineering and construction activities, track project resources, and ensure effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel. I also play a key role in developing and managing project timelines and schedules, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise to keep the project on track.
