Welcome to my profile! My name is Ally! I'm 26. I'm currently residing in Cebu City, but I am originally from the island of Northern Samar. I am an ambivert; I enjoy both going on adventures with my friends and spending some time alone. I'm an altruist and a deep thinker. I get curious about even the smallest of things. I am also a dedicated DIY enthusiast, enjoying the process of bringing ideas to life through hands-on projects and design.

I have experience working as a customer service representative for various BPO companies. My first handled account was an airline account, where I helped customers with booking their flights, website walkthroughs, and ticketing problems. I also have experience working for a company that specializes in the medical care industry, where we check for clients's insurance coverage, eligibility, and claims.
My most recent BPO experience is for a company that handles after-hours call services throughout the US. Calls that are handled are mostly for HR call lines, educational services, property management and utilities, law and medical offices, government services, home services, and others that require an after-hours service line. This includes paging and dispatch, appointment handling, customer help desk, order processing, call forwarding, and the customer hotline.
