Hey there! I'm Epiphanie. In 2019 my mother and I started our small family business. Since we lived in a small town, my mom and I decided to build an Office and School supplies in our neighborhood so that we could help everyone, especially the students.
As the Store Manager, I organized inventory and curated rotating office and school supplies displays. Anticipated customer needs and provided them with high-quality service while upholding brand standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction. Likewise I carefully Handled POS system transactions, including cash, cheque, and government transactions and analyze our sales returns, expense payments, and tax reporting.
I also managed the store's social media accounts, this involves replying to customers' queries, designing graphics and captioning posts to be able to attract customers and converting social media engagements into store income.
And now as a Virtual Assistant I applied those experiences to satisfy my clients' needs and help them grow their companies and startups.
