During this time, I developed several essential skills, including effective communication with clients, resolving customer issues quickly, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations. I also learned new skills like using customer relationship management software and techniques for handling difficult customer interactions. After this, I became a new-hire trainer, responsible for training new employees in customer service, product knowledge, and technical skills. Now, I am interested in exploring freelancing opportunities and working from home.
