Hello there, I'm Steven Ralph Banog-Banog, call me Steve, 27 years old living in Pasig City in Manila. I have Eight years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) with three different lines of businesses, Customer Service and Technical Advisor Associate. That period and adequate experience honed my Communication Skills and improved my Attention to Detail and Decision-making skills, it also made me efficient in a fast-paced environment. I love binge-watching especially Fantasy and Sci-Fi Series/Movies when I have spare time. 

It's been my long-term goal to work in the industry which will help me unlock and learn new skills that will provide a win-win outcome, and get a chance to work remotely and to offer my skills and services. That is why working in the freelance industry and becoming a virtual assistant is a huge step toward fulfilling my long-term goal.
