During my training at the General Virtual Assistance Program, I figured out what niche I am comfortable with and where I can showcase my skills more. I have done various tasks that helped me grow as a virtual assistant. I specialized in Social media management, Date Entry, and a Drop-Shipping VA. I manage a Facebook page called "EXQ.TRENDZ". I was responsible for all the content creation and also the planning for the Content Calendar. Writing meaningful and impactful content, also managing customer inquiries. The main goal for this page was to increase engagement and gain unique visitors since this is a start-up business.
