Hi my name is Joshua Reymond C. Santos, 26 yrs old. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I’m currently living in Guiguinto, Bulacan.I most recently worked as a virtual assistant for Freedom Media Group as a customer support representative for almost 4 months. Even though it was part-time work, it helped me develop the knowledge and experience I need to manage clients and offer excellent services. During this period, the majority of my work consists of helping and supporting customers with purchase placement, refund processing, and exchange processing. Additionally, I'm responsible for reaching out to both existing and future customers via email and live chat to offer them discounts, promotions, and advice as well as to assess the after-sales experience.
I made the decision to continue my career in this industry so that I could support my family, provide them a good life, and enjoy the advantage of being able to work from home. Now that I'm looking for a new job, I'm really hoping to find a highly rewarding job that I can do from home so I can start pursuing my dreams in the comfort of my own home.You can trust that I'll always give it my all and work hard to produce excellent results.
