• Managing all aspects of the store's daily operations, such as cash handling, customer service, and opening and closing procedures.
• Organizing and scheduling employees to maintain a sufficient staffing level in the business at all times.
• Ensures that all store rules and regulations, are followed, including safety and security protocols.
• Keeping track of inventory levels and making sure that goods are appropriately stocked and displayed properly.
• Ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and attractive to customers.
• Established a sales plan to address the demands of potential corporate customers after identifying them.
• Established and sustaining trusting connections with current customers to promote recommendations and repeat business,
