I like doing any administrative or organizing tasks. When I was little, I love playing the role of an assistant to the boss. Maybe that’s the reason why I love the feeling of having someone rely on me! I’ve been in the customer service industry since 2019 after I graduated college and that’s when I developed some of my skills. The need for providing excellent service and client satisfaction keeps me on the edge. I never rest until I’m sure that my client or my customer is satisfied with the result that I delivered. I am very resourceful. I like searching for alternatives and clever ways to solve a problem. I also have strong attention to detail. My former managers and supervisors would always thank me for catching mistakes or errors that most people wouldn’t see. That is only because I hate bringing inconvenience to anyone! So I worry, a lot. I worry about the satisfaction of the clients and disrupting anyone’s time. That’s also why I like upskilling myself! I aim to deliver beyond what is expected of me.
