The responsibility of a Sales Promo Specialist are:
1. Develop and implement sales promotion strategies to achieve business objectives.
2. Create and manage promotional campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media).
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align promotions with business goals.
4. Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize future promotions.
5. Manage promotional budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
Duties are:
1. Conceptualize and design promotional materials (ads, brochures, email campaigns).
2. Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and product launches.
3. Develop and implement loyalty programs, contests, and sweepstakes.
4. Collaborate with influencers, partners, or sponsors for co-promotional activities.
5. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
6. Create and distribute promotional content (social media, email, SMS).

Inform customers of their account status, balance, and any applicable fees or charges.
4. Resolving disputes: Address customer complaints or disputes regarding their accounts.
5. Updating records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and account updates.
6. Meeting targets: Meet or exceed collection targets and performance metrics.
Duties are
1. Review accounts to identify overdue payments and prioritize collection efforts.

3. Make outbound calls or send emails to customers to request payment.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
5. Process payments, including credit card transactions and check payments.

9. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in collection software or systems.
