Having an experience for more than a year in being a Virtual Assistant feels like I learned so many different things about this field. Everyday when I face my clients, I have confidence in my work because of what my experience has taught me. Being in this field doesn't really focus on one skill but it will enhance what you currently know and what skills you have. I also have a BPO experience for almost 6 years so being in a grave yard shift is not new to me. I also have a strong knowledge in data entry, email writing, communication , social media management and being an expert in MS Office/Google Applications. I believe these skills I have will help me land to the positions I am best fitted with.

- Make the client's business work easier in general
• Posts the payment received in the system (SAP) from clients
• Reconciles all the payments to be received
• Communicates with the underwriter for all the needed documentation in order to complete the reconciliation
• Checks if all the posted payments match the documentation versus the system (SAP) •
• Makes sure that all the payments are posted accurately
• Email management
• Accepts and verifies requests from assigned departments
• Negotiates quotation with the supplier requests only related to assigned departments
• Confirms with the assigned depts. on their requests + Quotations to proceed with the next step
• Communicates with suppliers regarding the purchase orders and payments
• Ensures the Clearing, Logistics and Mobilization of imported as well as local materials, spare parts and other ordered goods and services to be delivered to the company and received by the requestor from the department
• Compiling necessary documentation concerning every bankrupt case
• Producing the documentation to outside counsel via internal databases
• Acquiring additional information from the underwriter for litigation purposes
• Serving as primary point of contact for law firms on all administrative matters;
• Reviewing and verifying monthly remittance reports from the law firms through
• Escalating substantive legal issues to their attorney manager when appropriate;
• Coordinating with Legal Collections, AIG business units and other internal personnel for information on balances due and related issues;
• Coordinating with AIG business units on case-related issues such as location of necessary witnesses, both pre-litigation and once litigation commences
• Creating matters in the system (Team Connect) to monitor the case if the insured has policies with AIG
